Online Orders:
- Allow 1-2 days for processing and mailing from date of order. DLI office is closed Saturday and Sunday
- $3 transaction fee for each card
- Orders of 10 or more cards will be charged a flat transaction fee of $25
- $7.50 mailing fee for orders mailed through the US postal service
- Holiday Orders — Christmas delivery for online orders received after December 19th cannot be guaranteed due to heavy postal volume
